In this challenging role, you and your colleagues are responsible for indulging our guests. You motivate the F&B team to make sure every guest leaves the restaurant with a smile.

Restaurant Sophia is the heart of the Carlton Ambassador Hotel. Not only for hotel guests, but also for local guests: this is a hotspot. Culinary dining, fine wines and great cocktails: Sophia is the place to be!

Additionally, you also take care of our guests in the meeting venues. From festive lunches to international receptions and business meetings: you know what it takes to elevate meetings according to our high F&B standards.

The ideal candidate

· Has a passion for the world of food, beverages and culinary enjoyment and strives for the best quality

· Has a genuine drive to indulge guests and thrives in an environment focused on creating memorable experiences

· Loves training colleagues, has an operational approach and likes to build an efficient and professional team

· Is well-organized, presentable, hospitable, stress-resistant and strong in communication

· Likes to take responsibility, takes the lead, shows courage and actively voices his/her idea’s

· Has experience with barista coffee
