‘World cuisine with a twist,’ is how General Manager Nathalie Rosbergen describes ROAM. The focus is on accessible local and seasonal dishes. Its interior is inspired by the green fields and woods of Voorne-Putten Island together with its sandy beaches. It also makes subtle reference to the industrial and harbour landscapes as well as the distinctive “smoke” of Rotterdam and the Botlek area.’
