Through the entire year, the beach is a great place to be! During every season you can make use of our multifaceted business facilities at the Carlton Beach in Scheveningen. We offer every service that is required for your (business) meeting. All our meeting rooms have phenomenal sea views, which also makes them popular for meetings. They are located next to a spacious, pleasantly furnished foyer where you can relax between your meeting or have a private conversation with each other.
In addition to our meeting rooms on the first floor of our hotel, we also have an exclusive boardroom on the 8th floor of our hotel! Our Carlton Suite has a panoramic view on the beach and the North Sea!

Use our extensive facilities for your business meetings. From small meetings with a closed character to large conferences or receptions. The meeting rooms have a spectacular view on the sea. Our Conference & Events department is happy to take care of everything, down to the smallest details.
All our meeting rooms on the first floor have sliding partitions. This allows you to adjust the spaces to your desired capacity.

The Carlton Suite
EXCLUSIVE TOP-FLOOR BOARDROOM
Our Carlton Suite is located on the 8th floor of our hotel. This unique boardroom offers a 180-degree view on the sea and is the ideal room for an undisturbed meeting with your group or to raise your glass during your reception. Enjoy the spectacular view on the North Sea with the sound of the waves on the background.
Meeting packages
AN INSPIRING DAY BY THE SEA
With our total packages for every meeting you only have to focus on what is important to you: an inspiring day by the sea with a maximum end result.
The room rental for the plenary meeting room is included in the meeting package, when you have a meeting with more than 15 people. We charge room hire for meetings up to 15 people and for extra spaces. The prices for room hire are from € 250 per day. We are happy to make you a free quote!
