    Your role

    As General Manager, you are the face, the heart, and the entrepreneur of your hotel. You are ultimately responsible for the guest experience, commercial performance, culture, and day-to-day operations. You run the hotel with ownership, build a strong team, and ensure a distinctive position in the market.

    Depending on the size of the hotel, you will either work visibly on the floor or lead through the management team. Either way, you are always close, involved, and leading the way.
