Complimentary stay

Through this page, you can easily book your complimentary stay online. Before making a reservation, please take a moment to carefully read the terms and conditions below.

Voorwaarden

• As an employee (including trainees and interns), you may use one complimentary overnight stay once you have passed your probation period. If you have been employed by Carlton for more than one year, you may book two complimentary overnight stays per fiscal year (1 April – 31 March).

• A complimentary stay is always subject to availability and is valid for 2 persons, 1 standard room and 1 night, including breakfast.

• You receive a 25% discount on all F&B orders; all other extras are charged in full.

• No tourist tax will be charged.

• Use of a private parking space depends on the hotel’s facilities and availability, and is generally limited.

• This benefit is for personal use only and you must present identification at check-in. Would you like to stay with family or friends? Then please use the Friends & Family discount for their booking.

• The options and any additional costs for booking an extra bed for children vary per hotel. Please contact the hotel for more information.
  If you are staying at HUP, please indicate the number of children you would like to add, including their age(s), in the additional comments field. The supplement per child is €30 per night.
