About our rates
1. Flexible rate, pay later (= risk free booking)
Your reservation is guaranteed until 18.00 hours on the day of arrival. If you arrive later, please contact our reception. Our most flexibel rate and free cancellation is possible untill 15.00 hours a day prior to arrival.
2. Semi flexible rate
The full reservation value must be paid directly via iDeal or with a credit card. Cancellations can be made free of charge until 15:00h, 7 days priot to arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, there will be no refund.
3. Saver rate, pay now (-5%)
This rate requires a full credit card payment at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation or a no-show, we will charge the full cost of the entire stay. This policy is also applicable for early departures. COVID-19 is not a valid reason for cancellation. When you choose this rate, you can’t cancel free of charge.
4. Stay longer pay less (-8% to -15%)
More nights, more discount! For a 2-nights stay you get an 8% discount (Booking 7 days before arrival). For stays longer than 2 nights, we apply an 15% discount (Booking 3 days before arrival).
This rate requires a full credit card payment at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation or a no-show, we will charge the full cost of the entire stay. This policy is also applicable for early departures. COVID-19 is not a valid reason for cancellation. When you choose this rate, you can’t cancel free of charge.
Packages
Discounts or offers are not valid on our package prices. Also not our 5% HELLO YOU discount.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
Kids
Baby (0 - 2 years): € 20.00 per night (incl. breakfast & baby cot)
Child (3 - 12 years): € 30.00 per night (incl. breakfast & extra bed or sofa bed)
13 years and older: € 35.00 per night (incl. breakfast & extra bed or sofa bed)
If your baby prefers to sleep on a bed/sofa bed, € 30.00 per night will be charged.
Groups & Families
Would you like to stay on the same floor, have breakfast or dinner together? Ask for the possibilities. Different conditions apply for reservations above 10 rooms or 10 people. For more information, please contact the reservations department on 0492 - 67 89 11 or reservations@hup.eu.
Guarantee Policy
Credit card information is requested to guarantee your reservation after 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. If no credit card is issued, the reservation will expire at 6 p.m. A cancellation fee will also be charged at that time. In case of no-show, the total amount of the first room night will be charged. However, details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen.
Cancellation Policy
Other cancellations policy for groups, packages and holidays is applicable.
Late check-out
A late check-out (until 5 p.m.) can be requested during check-in or during your stay. This cannot be reserved in advance.
Late check-out is granted based on availability.

BASE Room: € 25,00
CLUB Room: € 30,00
FAMILY Room: € 40,00
XXL Room: € 50,00
MATCH Room: The cost is the rates of both adjacent rooms.

Check-out time before 11:00 hours
Max. 2 pets are allowed in the room: € 15,00 per pet per night.
Parking: € 6,00 per car per night
All rates are excluding city tax and including VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
Changing a reservation may affect the room rate and/or conditions.
Facilities can be used from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival to 1 p.m. on the day of departure. Facilities are always subject to availability.
