Carlton Hotel Collection is keeping a close eye on the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and is taking all appropriate measures where and when it is required for the safety and health of our guests and employees. This is our absolute top priority.


All our hotels in the Netherlands, Belgium and Great Britain follow the operational guidelines from the local government and health authorities regarding safety and hygiene standards.



ARE ALL HOTELS OPEN?

Yes, our hotels are open except for The Dominican in Brussels. You are welcome for a comfortable overnight stay in one of our hotels in Belgium, the Netherlands and Great Britain. You can make a booking directly with the hotel.




ARE RESTAURANTS AND BARS OPEN?

All restaurants and bars are closed in the Netherlands, Belgium and Great Britain. This has been announced by the government. In the Netherlands at least until 6th April. Our hotel guests can have breakfast, dinner and a drink through room service.




WHAT IS THE POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATIONS?

The regular cancellation policy applies to bookings made directly with our hotels. During these times we advise you to book a flexible rate, so you are able to change and cancel free of charge.




I BOOKED THROUGH AN EXTERNAL BOOKING SITE, CAN YOU CHANGE MY BOOKING?

In this case, your booking is managed by a different organization than our hotel. You will receive changes or further information through this organization. Please contact them.




WHERE SHOULD I GO IF I HAVE MORE QUESTIONS?

Please contact the hotel directly and they should be best placed to provide the correct advice. For reservations you can book at the hotel of your choice.
