We offer 2 options for direct bookings

If your booking meets both below criteria, we offer two alternative cancellation options.


1. You have made a non-refundable booking directly with us by telephone, e-mail or via this website (www.banksmansion.nl)

2. You have made your reservation before March 23rd 2020 and were supposed to stay at Banks Mansion before August 15th 2020


Please note: if your original arrival date is after June 15th please keep in mind the below alternative cancellation options only apply for non-Schengen countries except the United Kingdom/Great-Britain.

Option 1

Reschedule

Have you made a direct non-refundable booking before March 23rd 2020 and and were you supposed to stay at Banks Mansion before August 15th 2020? You have the possibility to reschedule your reservation.


Reschedule policy:

  • • You can change your date of stay without any administration fee.
  • • You can reschedule your stay until one year after your original arrival date, subject to availability. 
  • • When you've rescheduled your reservation, the original cancellation policy still applies: your reservation is non-refundable and cannot be changed. Please see our terms and conditions.
  • • Please be aware different room rates may apply:
  • - If the room rate is lower than your current reservation, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
  • - If the room rate is higher than your current reservation, the remaining amount will be required to be paid when the rescheduled stay is confirmed.
  • • Only one date change per reservation is allowed.





How to reschedule your reservation:

  1. Send us your personal information and e-mail address by using the form below.
  2. Select the option 'reschedule' and indicate your preferred new date of stay.
  3. You may receive a new quote, as different room rates may apply.
  4. Once you've accepted and any additional charges have been paid, the new confirmation will be sent and your rescheduled booking is final.

Option 2

Voucher

Have you made a direct non-refundable booking before March 23rd 2020 and were you supposed to stay at Banks Mansion before August 15 2020? You have the possibility to request a voucher.

 

Voucher policy:

  • • You choose to use a voucher as a payment method to book your new stay date at a later time.
  • • The voucher can be redeemed for a stay until one year after your original arrival date, subject to availability.
  • • You will receive a unique voucher where both the booking name and the value are stated.
  • • The voucher is for personal use only and cannot be transferred to others.
  • • Once your request has been approved, you will receive the voucher by e-mail.
  • • When the voucher is redeemed, the original cancellation policy still applies: your reservation is non-refundable and cannot be changed. Please see our terms and conditions.
  • • Please be aware that when you want to redeem the voucher, different room rates may apply:
  • -If the room rate is lower than the value of your voucher, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
  • -If the room rate is higher than the value of your voucher, the remaining amount will be required to be paid when the rescheduled stay is confirmed.
  • • Only one date change per reservation is allowed.

  1. Send us your personal information and e-mail address by using the form below.
  2. Select the option 'voucher'.
  3. Once your request has been confirmed, you will receive your voucher by e-mail.

• I made my reservation after March 23rd 2020, which policy applies to me?

For all reservations made at Banks Mansion after March 23rd 2020, the cancellation policy stated in your reservation confirmation applies. The above mentioned voucher or reschedule options are not applicable.


• I'm supposed to stay after August 15th 2020 and want to modify/ cancel my reservation

For all stays after August 15th 2020, the cancellation policy stated in your reservation confirmation applies. The above mentioned voucher or reschedule options are not applicable.


• What are direct reservations?

Direct reservations include all reservations made at Banks Mansion by telephone, e-mail as well as via this website (www.banksmansion.nl).


I did not make a direct reservation, what should I do?

We advise you to contact the relevant third party with whom you made a reservation at Banks Mansion. We as hotel are not able to assist with these bookings.


Can I change my reservation to an unknown date?

If your reservations meets the 2 criteria stated on top of this page, you can refer to the above voucher policy (option 2).


• Is the hotel open and what are the measures taken?

Banks Mansion will remain open. We do take hygiene standards very seriously and take all possible measures that have been established by the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and the government to guarantee the safety of our guests and employees. This is our utmost priority. In addition, we focus on providing the best possible service to current and future guests. Please read more about these specific measures.
