ABOUT OUR RATES:
At the Carlton Hotel Collection, it is our goal to make you feel comfortable, from the time you make your reservation to the time you check out of your room. With this in mind, we are happy to provide additional rate options, allowing the guest to choose which option provides the best value. Although each hotel has fixed published rates, we offer rates on a daily basis with clear flexibilities or restrictions, depending on the demand. Enjoy the freedom and the benefits of special promotions.
All Carlton Hotels offer:
Carlton Flex Rate: Best available rate with no restrictions.
Carlton Best Buy: Best available rate with full deposit charge, non-refundable, non-changeable.
Guarantee Policy
Credit card details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation after 18:00 hours on arrival date. In case of no-show, the total amount of the first room night will be charged. However, details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charge will be billed if a written cancellation is received by the hotel 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. However, the type of rate chosen may state otherwise.
General Terms & Conditions:
- Check-in Time after 14:00 hours
- Check-out time before 12:00 hours
- One child (under 12 years old) can stay for free in the parents room.
- All rates include VAT but exclude city tax and are subject to change without prior notice
- Pets are not allowed
