ABOUT OUR RATES:
At the Carlton Hotel Collection, it is our goal to make you feel comfortable, from the time you make your reservation to the time you check out of your room. With this in mind, we are happy to provide additional rate options, allowing the guest to chose which option provides the best value. Although each hotel has fixed published rates, we offer rates on a daily basis with clear flexibilities or restrictions, depending on the demand. Enjoy the freedom and the benefits of special promotions.
All Carlton Hotels offer:
• Carlton Flex Rate: best available rate with no restrictions excluding breakfast.
• Carlton Best Buy: best available rate with full deposit, non refundable, non changeable. Rate is excluding breakfast.
• Carlton Breakfast: best available rate with no restrictions including breakfast.
Guarantee Policy
Details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen. Credit card details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation after 18:00 hours on arrival date. In case of no-show, the total amount of the first room night will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
Details may vary depending on the type of rate chosen. No cancellation charge will be billed if a written cancellation is received by the hotel before 18:00 hours (local time) on the day prior to arrival. On all the reservations the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (STCH) are applicable. A copy is available on request.
General Terms & Conditions:
- Check-in time after 14:00 hours.
- Check-out time before 12:00 hours.
- Max. 2 small pets per room (€ 9,50 per pet per room per night).
- One child (under 12 years old) can stay for free in the parents' room.
- All rates exclude city tax and VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Buffet breakfast is not included in the rates.
- It is prohibited to smoke in the hotel, including hotel bedrooms.
