About our rates

At the Carlton Hotel Collection, it is our goal to make you feel comfortable, from the time you make your reservation to the time you check out of your room. With this in mind, we are happy to provide additional rate options, allowing the guest to chose which option provides the best value. Although each hotel has fixed published rates, we offer rates on a daily basis with clear flexibilities or restrictions, depending on the demand. Furthermore, you can regularly enjoy different benefits and special promotions.

All Carlton Hotels offer:

Carlton Flexible Rate: best available rate with no restrictions. Changes and cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before arrival.

VAT

In all our hotels we use prices including VAT. We use the legal VAT percentage of 9%. If the VAT percentage will be changed, the Carlton Hotel Collection reserves the right to implement this change on existing reservations.

Guarantee Policy

Credit card details are requested in order to guarantee the reservation after 16:00 hours on arrival date. In case of no-show, the total amount of the first room night will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

With a Flexible rate, when the Carlton Beach receives your written cancellation 24 hours before the agreed arrival date, no cancellation costs will be charged.

• Check-out time before 12:00 noon
• Free Wi-Fi
• Max. 1 pets are allowed in the room: € 22.50 per pet per night.
• Max. 1 children (under 4 years old) can stay free of charge in the parents room in a baby cot.
• All rates including VAT, excluding city tax, and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Buffet breakfast is not included, unless stated otherwise.
• Parking is not included, unless stated otherwise.
